The Apostle Thomas Parish uses both the Chapel of St. Silouan of Mount Athos, located near Munich Central Station, and the Church of the Holy Archangel Michael in Munich-Ludwigsfeld:
1. Chapel of St. Silouan of Mount Athos
Paul-Heyse-Str. 19 (rear building, basement level), 80336 Munich
The chapel is a 3-minute walk from the Theresienwiese U-Bahn station and about a 7-minute walk from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). On Sundays and public holidays, ample public parking is available in the surrounding area.
2. Church of the Holy Archangel Michael
Achatstr. 14, 80995 Munich-Ludwigsfeld
By car:
Take the A99 motorway and exit at Ludwigsfeld.
By public transport:
Take the S1 to Munich-Moosach station, then bus 176 to the Opalstraße stop, followed by a 5-minute walk. Alternatively, take the U2 to Feldmoching station, then bus 172 to the Siedlung Ludwigsfeld stop, which is located directly by the church.
Please note: On Sunday mornings, bus 172 from Feldmoching does not run early enough to arrive in time for the Divine Liturgy. Please travel via Moosach and take bus 176 instead.
